April 2003 The flying season has arrived---early! An unusually good spell of March weather has caught me unprepared. I have been spending too much time working on this website (a very frustrating activity for a PC beginner). Fingers crossed for the next six months. Most winters I manage to make one or two new models, but not this time. Much repair work done, however, including a rebuild of my SeaMaster. The wreckage has been on the shelf for four years. I must get it flying before May 26, Blackpool & Fylde RCMS Electrics Day. One current activity is a review of last year's crashes, in the hope of avoiding repetitions. Most years I discover some new ways to crash 'em.Must get back to the workshop. Two more packs to solder up--Panasonic 2000nmh--'seem to buy nothing else these days. |
