Lockheed  P 38

     First flight 1988....span 51"....50 oz....23 oz per sq ft....one OS15....8 * 6 LH prop....rudder and elevator controls....balloon fuel tank....all balsa....wing is solid half-inch sheet....

      Servos are in the booms. Lots of onboard interference until the built-in antenna was re-routed well away from the servo leads. The solid wing makes for a simple structure.
